    • We aim to ship all crates within 1 to 3 working days from the date of your order.
  2. UK Deliveries:
    • For our customers in the UK, we send packages via Royal Mail. Typically, you can expect your UK box to arrive within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  3. International Deliveries:
    • International packages are generally shipped using trusted carriers like DPD or DHL. International boxes typically arrive within 5-8 working days from the date of dispatch.
  4. Subscription Shipments:
    • If you’ve subscribed to one of our plans, your first box will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after purchase.
    • Subsequent boxes are shipped between the 14th and 18th of each month. For example, if you subscribe on January 25th, your first box will be dispatched no later than January 29th. Your following box will arrive between February 14th and 18th, and you will receive an email confirmation once it’s shipped.
    • UK subscribers can expect their boxes to arrive within 2-3 working days of shipment, while international subscribers typically receive their boxes in 5-8 working days. Please note that US boxes are sent via USPS.
  5. Import Charges:
    • Please be aware that unless otherwise stated, all boxes are dispatched from the UK. As a result, they may incur duty and other charges upon arrival in certain countries.
    • It’s essential to note that the recipient is responsible for any duty, clearance, tax, or carrier charges that may apply. These rates vary by country.
    • For your reference, in the USA, customs duties are generally applicable when importing goods worth over $800. Therefore, you may not have to pay any fees if you order from the USA.

    • Due to ongoing developments related to COVID-19 and Brexit, shipping and transit times of products may be affected globally. We anticipate potential delays in crate deliveries during these times.
