At BoxSubs Co, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide excellent service. Please review our refund and return policy to understand your options in case you encounter any issues with your subscription box:

Refunds for Damaged or Missing Items:

  • We are happy to issue refunds for boxes that contain damaged or missing items.
  • To be eligible for a refund, boxes must remain unopened. If there are visible signs of an attempt to open the box, we cannot provide a refund unless items inside are damaged or missing.
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds Based on Personal Preferences:

  • We regret that we cannot provide refunds for boxes that do not meet individual preferences.

Initiating a Refund Request:

  • To request a refund, please contact us in writing at [email protected].
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your box to be eligible for a refund.
  • If your box has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please inform us within 28 days of receiving your dispatch email to initiate a refund or replacement process if applicable.

Photograph Documentation:

  • In some cases, we may request photographs of the box to assess the issue.
  • Each refund request is reviewed on an individual basis, and after reviewing photos, we may ask you to return the box. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning the box to us.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation:

  • Most of our shipments include tracking and/or delivery confirmation, which we can provide to you.
  • If your shipment is marked as delivered on the tracking link, but you haven’t received it, please first check with your neighbours or any safe space outside your house. If the package is not found, contact your local post office for assistance.

Reshipment Costs:

  • If a box is returned to us due to reasons such as an invalid address or the recipient not collecting it from the post office, we can resend it to you. However, please note that you will be responsible for covering the postage cost.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

  • If you need to cancel your order before your box has been dispatched, we can accommodate this request. However, please be aware that a charge of 15% of the total order value will apply.
  • This charge covers:
    1. The stock being reserved for you at the time of your order, potentially preventing sales to other customers.
    2. The resources and manpower used for picking and preparing your order.
    3. The non-refundable payment fees incurred from our payment processors (Stripe, Paypal, and Shopify Payments).
